Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote, position, and sell the Surgical Technologies portfolio across the territory. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures in OR and office settings, and demonstrate clinical and economic value of solutions.

You will own your territory, grow existing business, identify new opportunities, and build strong customer relationships while achieving sales goals. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor's degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales, B2B sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training programs.
