Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies in the United States. You will promote, position, and sell our Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers, lead product evaluations, and support procedures in OR and clinical settings.

As territory owner, you will grow existing business, identify new opportunities, build relationships, and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota‑carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR degree with leadership/high‑performance background; OR 5+ years in outside/B2B/territory selling with proven performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical/procedural environments.
• Provide on‑site product expertise and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new opportunities and expand accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on features, clinical uses, and economic value; deliver in‑services and training.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
