Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote and sell the portfolio across a designated territory. You will lead product evaluations, support OR and office-based procedures, and demonstrate clinical and economic value to physicians and healthcare teams.

You will own the territory, grow existing business, build relationships, and meet sales goals while partnering with the Regional Manager and serving as a trusted resource for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR
• Bachelor's degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training programs.
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and territory performance using approved business tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize opportunities, and execute growth strategies.
