Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies in the United States. You will promote products to physicians and healthcare providers, lead evaluations in OR and office settings, and own your territory while building relationships and achieving sales goals.

You will collaborate with regional leadership, deliver product demonstrations, and communicate clinical and economic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales or 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• In-person support during product evaluations and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical environments.
• Provide on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and admins.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, applications, and economic value.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
