Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to promote Surgical Technologies across a territory. You will lead product evaluations, demonstrate clinical and economic value, and support procedures with on-site expertise.

You will own your territory, grow existing business, and build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and purchasing teams while meeting sales goals and collaborating with a Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device or healthcare environments.
• Customer-facing or high-performance background with interest in a sales career.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and grow territory.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers.
• Lead product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural settings.
• Provide on-site product expertise during procedures and educate on features and value.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, admins, and purchasing teams.
• Identify and expand new business opportunities within the territory.
• Communicate territory plans and progress with regional leadership.
• Track activity and performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies for the territory.
