Stryker Corporation in the United States is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote, position, and sell the portfolio to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers across the territory. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures, and demonstrate clinical and economic value while owning your territory.

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory.
Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training programs.
Track sales activity, customer interactions, and territory performance using approved business tools and reporting processes.
Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize opportunities, and execute growth strategies.
