Job summary

M S International, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative to grow sales and margins of countertop products within an assigned geographic territory.

You will develop relationships with fabricators and dealers, train store personnel, and position MSI products to win business. Travel up to 75% locally with possible national/international trips, collaborate with marketing and operations, and negotiate terms to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years in channel distribution sales.
• Minimum 2 years outside B2B sales in natural stone, slab, or hard flooring.
• Strong math skills for discounts, commissions and ROI.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with current and potential customers within the territory.
• Assist customers by training store personnel to present MSI products and negotiate with consumers.
• Understand products, market competition and positioning to maximize sales.
• Manage displays, samples and selling tools for customer availability.
• Consult dealers on pricing, promotions and ROI based on retail financials.
• Quote prices, discuss terms and prepare sales contracts.
• Estimate delivery dates based on schedules.
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities.
• Attend trade shows as required.
• Travel 40–80% locally, with occasional national/international trips.
