Job summary

M S International, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Sales Representative (Countertop and Flooring) to grow sales with fabricators and K&B retailers and expand tile product lines through retailer and dealer networks within an assigned territory.

This full-time role requires travel up to 90%, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to train store personnel on MSI products. The candidate should have prior sales experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience with retailers and dealers.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and dealers in assigned territory.
• Promote countertop and flooring products to drive sales growth.
• Provide product training and support to store personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MSI products and market trends.
• Prepare quotes and discuss credit terms for customer orders.
• Estimate delivery timelines and manage customer expectations.
• Attend trade shows and industry events as needed.
• Travel up to 90% with local focus and occasional overnight trips.
