Job summary

M S International, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative in Durango, CO to grow sales of MSI countertop products through fabricators, K&B retailers, and dealer networks. You will develop relationships, promote products, and provide training to store personnel to enhance selling capability.

Travel up to 90% is required, with most trips local and occasional overnights. A bachelor's degree is preferred, a valid driver's license is required, and CRM/Microsoft Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Industry experience is beneficial but not required.
• Strong math skills for calculating discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers within assigned territories, focusing on retailer and dealer networks.
• Promote flooring and countertop products to drive sales growth.
• Provide product training and support to store personnel to enhance selling effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, and competitive landscape to position offerings strategically.
• Manage displays, samples, and sales tools for customer accessibility.
• Advise dealers on pricing strategies, promotions, and ROI using retail financials.
