Job summary

MSI - M S International, Inc. is seeking a sales representative to grow and develop sales and margins of countertop products with fabricators and K&B's within an assigned geographic territory.

You will develop relationships with customers, train store personnel on MSI products, quote prices, manage displays, and travel up to 75% to support dealers and participate in trade shows. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years in channel distribution sales.
• Minimum 2 years outside B2B sales experience.
• Strong math skills for discounts, commissions, and ROI.
• Results-oriented with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel up to 75% with industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with current and new customers within a territory.
• Train store personnel on MSI products to aid sales.
• Understand products, market competition, and positioning.
• Manage displays, samples, and selling tools.
• Consult dealers on pricing, promotions, and ROI.
• Quote prices and prepare sales contracts.

• Attend trade shows as required.
• Travel 40–75% locally, occasionally nationally/internationally.
