Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a dynamic field sales professional in the Chicago area to drive growth across our spirits portfolio. In this role you’ll partner with grocery, convenience, and liquor stores to expand distribution and build brand presence, traveling within your territory.

You’ll use sales data to identify opportunities, craft programs, and collaborate with distributors and our internal teams to meet volume and promotional goals, while maintaining flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales in alcohol-beverage or CPG.
• Results-driven with ability to achieve distribution and retail promotions.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics to drive results.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Live in or near territory.
• Able to reimburse expenses promptly.
• Required to obtain solicitor’s permit in any state.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage growth for assigned accounts to boost volume and market share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing and account execution.
• Work with brands to meet distribution and KPI goals.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
