Sazerac seeks a Market Development Representative to drive growth across our diverse spirits portfolio. You will partner with accounts, guide distributors, and execute programs to increase distribution and volume in your assigned territory.

The role requires 1+ year of field sales experience in alcohol/CPG, strong data-driven decision making, and willingness to travel. Flex hours and a results-driven mindset are valued in our dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Proven track record of achieving volume and retail-promotional goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics to drive results.
• Willingness and ability to travel within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Craft growth solutions for assigned accounts to boost market share.
• Build brand knowledge and educate customers to grow sales.
• Lead distributor channels with in-store selling and account execution.
• Contribute to achieving volume objectives for core brands.
• Plan and execute programs delivering distribution, merchandising and promotions.
• Develop rapport with customers by understanding their needs.
• Communicate with wholesalers and internal teams to drive results.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure target achievement.
