Sazerac Company invites you to join as a Market Development Representative, partnering with vibrant on-premise and off-premise locations to drive volume and distribution for our brands. You will lead distributors, craft growth strategies, and monitor KPIs to meet ambitious sales goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least one year of field sales in alcohol/CPG, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Results-driven with proven volume achievements.
• Technical savvy with sales data analytics and tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Location: live in or near the territory; capable of covering expenses; able to obtain solicitor’s permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Craft Solutions for Growth: implement innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts and grow Sazerac brands in market share.
• Brand Building: educate customers using trends to raise awareness and sales.
• Distribution: lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Volume Objectives: help achieve volume goals for core brands across portfolio.
• Strategic Programs: execute programs addressing distribution, merchandising, displays, and promos.
• Rapport Building: develop mutually valuable relationships with customers.
• Communication & Collaboration: act as the liaison between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• KPI Monitoring: track KPIs to ensure targets are met.
