Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth across grocery, convenience, and liquor accounts within a defined territory. You will leverage market trends to educate customers, lead distributor activities, and execute programs to boost brand distribution and in-store performance.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol/CPG, strong analytics, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year field sales experience in alcohol/CPG.
• Proven volume achievements in distribution and promotions.
• Experience using sales data analytics to drive results.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Live in or near the territory.

Responsibilities

• Craft growth solutions for assigned accounts.
• Educate customers using market trends to boost sales.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and promotions.
• Support distribution and retail program objectives.
• Build rapport with customers and understand needs.
• Coordinate communication between customers, wholesalers, and team.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
