Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Proven track record of achieving volume and distribution goals.
• Experience using sales data analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Crafting Solutions for Growth: Implement and manage innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts and grow market share.
• Brand Building: Use consumer and category trends to educate customers, solve challenges, and increase sales.
• Distribution: Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Volume Objectives: Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Strategic Programs: Implement programs to deliver on distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotions.
• Rapport Building: Develop mutually valuable rapport with assigned customers by understanding their needs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Lead communication between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs to ensure goals are reached.
