Job summary

Sazerac Company is hiring a field sales professional to partner with vibrant on- and off-premise locations, driving volume and distribution for our spirits brands. The role requires the ability to travel within an assigned territory and deliver strong sales growth.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in field sales in alcohol-beverage or CPG, with a track record of achieving distribution and promotional goals. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• New graduates should have a sales/marketing internship or related sales role.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for assigned accounts and boost brand market share.
• Educate customers using brand and category insights to drive sales.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Implement programs for distribution, merchandising, display and promotions.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers and partners.
