Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth with on-premise and off-premise accounts across its diverse spirits portfolio. You will collaborate with customers, wholesalers, and internal teams to expand distribution and execute promotional programs.

The role requires at least 1 year of field sales experience in alcohol/CPG, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; internships for new grads.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to meet distribution and promo goals.
• Experience using sales data analytics to drive results.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Live in or near the territory; travel as required.
• Ability to cover ordinary business expenses compliant with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions to grow assigned accounts and boost market share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and execution.
• Help achieve volume objectives for core brands.
• Implement strategic programs to meet distribution and promo goals.
