Sazerac is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive volume and distribution for our brands in an assigned territory, partnering with off-premise accounts such as grocery and liquor stores. You will craft growth strategies, lead distributors in-store, and monitor KPIs while building strong relationships with customers and our internal team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1 year field sales experience in alcohol or CPG, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year of professional field sales in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; internships ok.
• Results-driven with track record in distribution and promo goals.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel within territory.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Craft solutions for growth with assigned accounts and boost market share.
• Lead distributors in in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Drive volume objectives for core brands across the portfolio.
• Develop and execute programs for distribution, merchandising and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers by understanding needs and requirements.
• Communicate effectively between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
