Job summary

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative in Nebraska to drive territory sales through consultative selling and strong customer relationships. You will deliver plans to channel partners, create demand, and coach Seed Advisors to optimize product placement and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a BA/BS in Agriculture or related farming background, 2+ years in sales, and a self-driven approach within a virtual team. Must reside in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or related field.
• 2+ years in sales or sales leadership.
• Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently on a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling with customers and channel partners.
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers.
• Create demand by educating customers on Syngenta solutions.
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to increase satisfaction.
• Develop territory-level business plans and Seed Advisor plans.
