Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative for Central Nebraska. The role focuses on selling a broad hybrids portfolio, recruiting and guiding a team of resellers, and providing expert consultative support to customers in a defined Nebraska territory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or leadership, strong customer focus, and reside in the territory. The position offers flexible work options and comprehensive benefits while driving territory growth.

Formación

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or a related field, or commensurate experience with farming background.
• 2+ years in sales or sales leadership, able to work independently on a virtual team.
• Strong customer focus with proven sales and negotiation skills.
• Candidate must live in the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide access to a broad portfolio of hybrids.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of professional resellers.
• Engage in consultative selling with customers and build trust.
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers via channel partners.
• Create demand and ensure customers are educated about Syngenta solutions.
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to improve satisfaction.
• Manage district budget, selling expenses, and marketing funds.
• Develop territory and Seed Advisor business plans to grow sales.
