Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative to drive territory sales in Nebraska. You will engage with customers through channel partners, deliver targeted plans, and coach Seed Advisors on product placement to grow demand. The role requires a relevant agriculture background, 2+ years in sales, and residence in the territory.

Formación

• BA/BS in Agriculture or related field with significant farming background or commensurate experience.
• ~2+ years in sales or sales leadership; ability to work independently on a virtual team; agricultural sales experience preferred.
• Candidate must live in the territory (Nebraska).
• Strong customer focus and demonstrated sales and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Consultative selling, recognized expertise, and trust with customers.
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers through selected channel partners.
• Create demand at the customer level, ensuring customers are knowledgeable about Syngenta solutions.
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop territory-level business plans and Seed Advisor plans to grow territory sales.
