Job summary

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative for Central Nebraska. You will recruit and lead resellers, deliver targeted plans with partners, and educate customers on our seed solutions to grow market share.

Based in Nebraska, you will manage budgets, coach Seed Advisors, and develop territory plans to seize opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships and a focus on sustainable farming outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field or equivalent farming background.
• 2+ years in sales or sales leadership; ability to work independently on a virtual team.
• Strong customer focus with proven sales and negotiation skills.
• Candidate must live in the territory and operate within Central Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Provide access to Syngenta's broad portfolio of hybrids.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of professional resellers.
• Engage in consultative selling and establish trusted customer relationships.
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers via channel partners.
• Create demand at customer level and educate on Syngenta solutions.
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to improve satisfaction.
• Manage district budget, selling expenses, and marketing funds.
• Develop territory business and Seed Advisor plans identifying opportunities.
