Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Golden Harvest Sales Representative for Central Nebraska. You will provide access to a broad portfolio of hybrids and recruit, develop, and manage a team of resellers while engaging in consultative selling to build trusted relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Agriculture or related field, 2+ years in sales, and reside in the territory. You will manage budgets, deliver territorial plans, and drive territory growth within the Central

Responsabilidades

• Provide access to weidest portfolio of hybrids to customers
• Recruit, develop, and manage your team of professional resellers
• Engage in consultative selling and build trust with customers
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers through channel partners
• Create demand at the customer level and educate on Syngenta solutions
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to improve customer satisfaction
• Manage district operating budget, selling expenses, and marketing funds
• Develop territory and Seed Advisor business plans identifying opportunities and tactics
