Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Commercial Security Service Sales Executive in Texas to drive growth by promoting security services to new and existing commercial customers. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, renewals, and account expansion while delivering a professional customer experience.

You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful installations and post-installation follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with executives.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Available for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory.
• Create new market share by selling to new local commercial customers.
• Sell additional products and services to existing accounts and identify new opportunities for account growth.
• Renew existing customer agreements and manage resale opportunities within your territory.
• Identify prospects using creative lead-generation techniques and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Establish call plans and follow-up strategies while managing your time and territory effectively.
• Build referral networks and develop relationships with Centers of Influence.
• Process work orders and complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Conduct post-installation follow-up to confirm commitments were met and customer satisfaction remains strong.
