Job summary

Johnson Controls Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Executive to promote and sell security services within an assigned territory, leveraging relationships and ensuring customer retention. You will be the brand steward, demonstrating that Johnson Controls Security is the leading provider.

Responsibilities include securing profitable sales and upgrades, renewals, and referrals. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer and Johnson Controls Security organizations.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Available for local travel

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory.
• Secure profitable sales and upgrades to new, existing and discontinued Johnson Controls Security Commercial customers.
• Maintain knowledge of product line and customer needs through ongoing training and research.
• Renew existing customer agreements and develop referrals through Centers of Influence.
• Establish call plans, follow-up strategies, and time/territory management for prospects and customers.
• Conduct post-install follow-up to ensure commitments and satisfaction.
