Job summary

Johnson Controls Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive to promote and sell our security services and technology within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with local commercial customers and close new business while demonstrating Johnson Controls Security as a leading provider.

Responsibilities include expanding market share, selling upgrades, renewing agreements, and maintaining product knowledge to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

• Available for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within the assigned territory.
• Create new market share by selling to local commercial customers.
• Sell additional products and services to existing accounts.
• Renew existing customer agreements and obtain referrals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete product line and customer needs.
• Process work orders and complete paperwork per procedures.
• Conduct post-installation follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
