Job summary

Johnson Controls Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Executive to promote and sell security services within an assigned territory. You will leverage relationships, close new business, and ensure customer retention by post-install follow-ups.

You will build market share, sell add-ons to existing accounts, renew agreements, and maintain deep knowledge of products and services. Local travel is required and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Available for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory.
• Create new market share by selling to new local commercial customers.
• Sell additional products and services to existing accounts with new opportunities.
• Renew existing customer agreements and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and complete paperwork per procedures.
