Job summary

Johnson Controls Security is seeking a Commercial Security Service Sales Executive in Texas. The role focuses on growth through selling security services and technology to new and existing commercial customers, managing renewals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

You will be a trusted contact in your territory, building referrals and delivering a professional experience from first conversation through post-install follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level executives.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Available for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory.
• Create new market share by selling to new local commercial customers.
• Sell additional products and services to existing accounts and identify new opportunities for account growth.
• Renew existing customer agreements and manage resale opportunities within your territory.
• Identify prospects using creative lead-generation techniques and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Establish call plans and follow-up strategies while managing your time and territory effectively.
• Build referral networks and develop relationships with Centers of Influence.
• Process work orders and complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Conduct post-installation follow-up to confirm commitments were met and customer satisfaction remains strong.
