Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading lift truck manufacturer, seeks a dynamic sales professional to maximize territory sales and grow customer relationships in the United States. You will develop accounts, conduct product demonstrations, and present solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to operate lift trucks for demos. Some travel and outside-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and the ability to operate lift trucks for product demos.
• Less than 2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the entire sales process and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a specified territory to meet sales objectives.
• Develop existing accounts and seek new business.
• Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships.
• Consult and problem-solve to enhance the Company’s position in existing and target accounts.
• Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers.
• Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.
• Participate in training programs at local venues and at headquarters in New Bremen, Ohio.
