Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring for a Sales Representative to maximize the sale of lift trucks and related products in a defined territory. You will develop existing accounts and pursue new business while building strong relationships with key personnel.

The role requires a drive to meet or exceed sales objectives, good communication, and the ability to manage a territory with strategic planning and product demonstrations. Training is provided locally and at corporate headquarters.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe operation of lift trucks.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within territory to meet sales objectives.
• Develop existing accounts and seek new business.
• Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and build strong business relationships.
• Consult and problem solve to enhance Crown's position in accounts.
• Develop territory management plan to maximize customer time.
• Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.
• Demonstrate products and deliver sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and activity in company systems.
• Participate in training programs at local and corporate HQ in New Bremen, OH.
