Job summary

Herc Rentals is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to identify, develop, and nurture business in the designated territory. You will drive revenue growth by visiting job sites and offices, networking with prospects, and planning sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in marketing/advertising or business administration and 3–5 years of outside sales in industrial/heavy equipment. Base plus uncapped commission is offered with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration preferred.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in industrial market or heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer sites and offices.
• Build a networking list and contact potential clients via phone and internet.
• Plan and organize sales strategies to hit targets and quotas.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Support team members to penetrate strategic accounts and diversify the client base.
