Job summary

Kimball Midwest is actively seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales in a designated territory. The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic planning, and product demonstrations to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to move to and from customer locations within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance coverage minimums.
• Use of personal device in line with BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s) prior to execution.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold calling & prospecting: Reach potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & priority setting: Plan weekly visits to prioritize growth and opportunities.
• Product knowledge: Demonstrate products and communicate value, highlighting American-made products.
• Achieve sales goals: Meet/exceed quotas via company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the systems.
