Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote and sell our portfolio across the Tri-Cities region. You will lead product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate clinical and economic value, and build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and admins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device/healthcare, or 5+ years in outside sales in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory (including customer sites and facilities).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support surgeries with on-site product expertise and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procurement teams.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, applications, and economic value.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on territory plans and growth strategies.
