Job summary

Stryker's Surgical Technologies team is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote our portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across the assigned territory. You will lead product evaluations, demonstrate clinical and economic value, and support procedures in operating rooms and offices.

As the territory owner, you'll grow existing business, identify opportunities, and build relationships with surgeons, nurses, administrators, and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Bachelor's degree with experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, or high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales, B2B, or territory-based selling with a track record of achieving goals.
• Able to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products to meet/exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand accounts within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training programs.
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and territory performance using approved business tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize opportunities, and execute growth strategies.
