Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Minneapolis seeks a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote and sell the portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures, and demonstrate clinical and economic value in OR and office settings.

As the territory owner, you will grow accounts, identify new opportunities, train customers, and collaborate with regional leadership to execute growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales experience with a history of achieving performance goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products and meeting sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support surgical procedures with on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training.
