Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to own and grow a territory by promoting, evaluating, and selling the portfolio to physicians and healthcare teams. You will lead product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrate clinical and economic value, and build trusted relationships to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare or equivalent
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments
• Support surgical procedures with on-site product expertise and troubleshooting
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and territory performance using approved tools
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies
