Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote the portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across the territory, lead product evaluations, and support procedures in operating rooms and offices while demonstrating clinical and economic value.

You will own your territory, build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and purchasing teams, and work with regional leadership to drive growth and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments
• OR Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career
• OR Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a history of achieving performance goals

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products while meeting or exceeding sales objectives
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments
• Support surgical procedures by providing on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training programs
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and territory performance using approved business tools and reporting processes
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans, prioritize opportunities, and execute growth strategies
