Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative in the United States. You will promote Surgical Technologies to physicians and healthcare providers, lead product evaluations in OR and office settings, and own your territory to grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.

You will partner with your Regional Manager, provide guidance during procedures, and educate customers on product features and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Or degree plus experience in customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or high-performance environment with sales interest.
• Or 5+ years outside sales with a history of achieving performance goals.
• Able to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products and meeting sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Provide on-site product expertise and troubleshooting to support procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
