Herc Rentals Inc. is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative in Dallas, TX to grow revenue within an assigned territory by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored power, climate control, and pump solutions.

You will manage daily sales activities, develop strategic plans, identify customer needs, present compelling equipment options, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction across diverse industrial markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience.
• Experience in equipment rental - pumps, power, climate control preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet revenue goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to reach targets.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to fulfill them.
• Understand market conditions and competitive environment to optimize pricing.
• Offer customized services and solutions to customers.
• Present equipment options to decision-makers and educate on usage.
• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Document sales activity in CRM and other tools.
