Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative to drive revenue in a defined territory. You will develop relationships with customers and provide solutions using our fleet of pumps, generators, power distribution, and HVAC equipment.

The role requires 3-5 years of sales experience, knowledge of the rental industry is preferred, and the position offers base salary with uncapped commission. Excellent benefits and performance incentives accompany the role.

• Experience within the equipment rental industry is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet revenue goals.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve results.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs.
• Understand market conditions to maximize pricing opportunity.
• Optimize offerings to diversify customer base and reach new segments.
• Provide a full range of customized services and solutions.
• Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Report sales activity through CRM and tools.
