Job summary

Herc Rentals Inc. in the ProSolutions team is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow revenue in a defined territory by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored power, climate control, and pumping solutions.

You will manage daily territory activities, plan and execute strategies, identify customer needs, present solutions to decision makers, and coordinate implementation with operations while tracking activity in CRM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in equipment rental, pump, power, and climate control is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to gain new accounts and meet or exceed rental revenue goals.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs.
• Understand market conditions and pricing opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Optimize product and service offerings to diversify customer base and reach additional market segments.
• Provide a full range of customized services and solution-based options to customers.
• Make formal presentations to customer decision-makers and educate them on equipment.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Report sales activity through CRM and other tools.
