Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative to grow revenue in its Miami territory by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored Power and Climate Control solutions. You will showcase pumps, generators, and HVAC equipment to meet client needs.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in equipment rental, with a focus on pump, power, and climate control markets. On-site engagement with clients and operations support is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales experience.
• Experience in the equipment rental industry, especially pump/power/climate control is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to win new accounts and meet revenue goals.
• Plan and organize sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to deliver solutions.
• Understand market conditions to optimize pricing opportunities.
• Offer customized services and solution-based options to customers.
• Present to customer decision-makers and educate on equipment.
• Coordinate new services implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Record sales activity in CRM and other tools.
