Herc Rentals in Harrison, OH seeks a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to expand service with industrial and construction clients. You will manage customer sites, develop a robust network, and coordinate with branches to maximize revenue.

You will travel locally to sites, build strategic plans, and protect existing customers. The role requires 3–5 years outside sales in heavy equipment markets, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in industrial market or heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites/offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them via phone and internet.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment regularly.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate strategic accounts to diversify the customer base (industrial, traditional, nontraditional).
• Support all team members.
