Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify and develop business relationships within the assigned territory. You will drive revenue growth by visiting job sites and offices, building a client network, and executing sales strategies.

This role requires 3–5 years of outside sales in industrial/heavy equipment and a Bachelor's in Marketing/Business. You will work with cross-functional teams, meet quotas, and participate in benefits programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales in industrial market and/or heavy equipment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites/offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them via telephone and internet.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and respond appropriately while understanding market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify the customer base.
• Support all team members.
