Holt-Group-1 is looking for a Sales Representative for the Machine Division in Little Elm, Texas. This role involves selling construction equipment and services while targeting various sectors including agriculture and oil & gas. Prospective candidates should have a solid understanding of sales techniques and possess excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have three or more years of sales experience, with a focus on fostering strong customer relationships and achieving sales metrics. A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience is required, six years preferred.
• Knowledge of CAT products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Represent and sell HOLT Industrial Systems products in defined territory.
• Target new customers and manage existing client relationships.
• Meet sales-related key metrics and prepare sales reports.
