Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking sales professionals to plan and execute sales activities within assigned territories. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers and drive commissions by closing deals.

As a 1099 contractor, you earn approximately 40% of gross profit per sale, with opportunities for full-time or strong secondary income. Firefighting knowledge is a plus and the territory is yours to grow.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire service equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of basic business principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
