Job summary

Alleviation is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales representative to grow our territory in Kentucky. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, train on our products, and build your own client portfolio with the support of a structured training program.

You’ll operate with a flexible schedule, use Salesforce to manage leads, and earn commissions and bonuses as you achieve targets. A driver's license and active insurance license are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your professional network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
