Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to build a new book of business in a defined territory. You will conduct in-person visits, present supplemental insurance products, and cultivate relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

The role includes comprehensive training, daily field activity, and a compensation plan with draws, commissions, and bonuses. A driver's license and license eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Resident-state insurance license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant sales/athletic experience accepted if near completion.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and decision-makers.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and cross-sell services.
• Collaborate with sales manager to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Manage weekly schedule and report daily activity.
