Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Kentucky is seeking a territory-based sales representative for direct engagement with small and midsize businesses. No prior sales experience is required; a comprehensive training program supports your success in selling supplemental insurance to proprietors and their workforce.

You will use Salesforce to manage leads, schedule meetings, and present to groups of 50–100 or more, while building your own client portfolio and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• License as Health & Life Insurance Producer (or willing to obtain, study course provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network within the territory.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text and schedule meetings.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Deliver product showcases to groups of 50–100+ people and manage client portfolios.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with your sales manager.
• Record daily activity and update sales performance weekly.
