Job summary

Alleviation is expanding its sales team in Bowling Green, KY, offering immersive training for new sales professionals with no prior experience. You will own your local territory, engage with business owners, and present high-quality supplemental insurance solutions through consultations and presentations.

You will use Salesforce to manage leads, schedule meetings, visit businesses, and build a personal client portfolio while working toward defined monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to obtain resident-state Health & Life Insurance Producer license (licensing fees reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to the manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates daily.
